Hey!
Your kids martial arts pro here.
Since our classes focus a lot on
character-building in kids, like:
- Focus
- Respect
- And discipline
Some people wonder:
Is discipline really important for
kids?
My answer?
A HUGE “yes.”
Discipline is the backbone of all
success.
It’s what keeps kids working hard
on ANY goal when they want to quit.
It’s what gets them to stay
inside and finish their homework
when everyone’s outside playing.
It’s what prepares them for
success in the real world.
Discipline is the ability to do
what you NEED to do - even when you
don’t want to.
Mike Tyson has a great quote:
“I’ve always been great at
discipline. I can do the things I
hate to do like I love them.”
Sure, he took a few wrong turns
here and there…
But he’s called the greatest
boxer of all time by many.
Or at least in the top 3.
So does discipline matter?
You decide.
(And if you’d like to help your
child develop more of it…
… while having FUN…
